16 Million People Called Out Of Work After The Big Game
Rat Rockers it looks around 16 million were “NOT FEELING GOOD” the day after the Super Bowl. I would call it the Irish flu for most, but a lot of people are coming down with something.
This study comes from UKG Workforce Institute. It reports this number is down from last year when about 18 million people called in sick. It even seems a lot of managers and higher-ups are part of this list.
After a night of eating and drinking alcohol, it is never really easy to get up and give an honest day’s work the next day. Especially if the game goes into overtime.
My co-workers and myself agree with ” The Morning Rat Races” Davey Mac. He says that Mondays after that game should be a national holiday and have off.
16 Million People Called Out Of Work After Super Bowl:
I was out over at Bar Anticipation for the big game and hosted the big game party. There were a bunch of people out there and we were definitely having fun with the Miller Lite specials. The prizes were getting tossed out left and right too and we had big prizes for the end of each quarter.
That alone made people stick around, and people wanted to win. Moreover, after the game went into overtime, everyone had their eyes on the screens to see who was winning the nail-biter that was going on. Congrats by the way if you were cheering for the Kansas City Chiefs. They won the game 25 to 22.
Gotts Should Have Called Out Of Work:
Well Rat Rockers, I got the call to be on the “The Morning Rat Race Show.” I had a rough one myself and even decided to sleep on the Rat couch. If you were ever at the Rat to pick up a prize you have seen that couch in the front office. After waking up with no voice and drinking 15 cups of coffee, I started getting my voice back. I know what you went through if you did go to work.
