What Would I Do If I Won $28 Million.

The first thing I would do is be on a private flight and hit an island somewhere that is warm. While being on that island I would be on the phone setting up for a brand new house to come home to with a nice car parked in the driveway. I would have my family and close friends, and co-workers taking care of to. Here at the Rat, we are always helping out the community, so I would be dropping money for charity.
