I got a Direct Message from the folks over at the Silverton Salad House over the weekend, letting me know they are chopping, slicing, dicing, and open for business!
Not surprisingly, the new location at 1882 Hooper Avenue in the Silverton section of Toms River is already getting great reviews. On a recent Facebook post, members of the Silverton Volunteer Fire Department wrote that they had lunch there this past Saturday, and it was enjoyed by all. The members also thanked owner Joe Cioffi and his staff. Other reviews have poured in on yelp and other outlets that sing a similar salad song, regarding the new vegetable venue. This is the 11th franchise location for the company, which began in 2011.
Moreover, they are specifically lunch focused, with the Silverton Salad House open Monday through Saturday 10:30am until 3:30pm, and closed on Sundays. As for the menu, a quick google search gave us info that the new Toms River location is "offering specialty sandwiches, wraps, homemade soup, and more... Many signature salads, sandwiches, & wraps to choose from and specialize in an extensive create your own salad menu... fresh chopped salads are prepared to order... Perfect choice as a vegan restaurant / vegetarian restaurant in Toms River, NJ!"
