Rat Rockers and Yankee's fans your reading that headline right. Mariano Rivera the American former professional Yankee closer is coming to Marlboro NJ on Saturday April 29th from 11am to 1 pm to the grand opening of NJ Spine and Wellness right there in the Costco Shopping Center on US-9.
He is coming out to say hello and will be taking some photos, signing some baseballs and raising money for The Mariano Rivera Learning Center that provides educational resources to underserved youth. Here is what you need to know about meeting him and getting in on the action, it looks like it will be $150 for a photo up to 4 people and they will have signed baseballs by Mariano Rivera available for presale.
They even will have some great door prizes, including 2 tickets to get you over to a Subway Series at Yankee Stadium on July 26th, 1 autographed baseball by Mariano Rivera, and 1 autographed Mariano Rivera picture. He was always one of my favorite players, nicknamed "Mo" or "Sandman" and played for the New York Yankees from 1995 to 2013 as the relief closer.
He was also a thirteen time all star and five time World Series champion, He is also MLB's career leader in saves too. My man has a lot that he has accomplished throughout his career, I myself loved when he would come out to the Metallica's song "Enter Sandman" song and listening and watching Yankee Stadium just going crazy and singing along and clapping till he hit the mound.
