Hey! New Jersey is about to get cooled off with a new massive waterpark that is being built at the Showboat Casino In Atlantic City. It’s part of Island Waterpark and it’s continuing its construction.
It looks like a great time for family and friends too. This new add-on will cost about $100 million bucks and it’s indoors. They are making great progress and moving along in a great time to get this project completed.
Showboat Hotel owner Bart Blatstein was quoted saying “That the water park being erected just off the city’s boardwalk had been designed to give families a year-round option for entertainment that wouldn’t involve gambling.”
Also, he wanted to add that this water park is going to crush it! Love that he is stoked as us here to get on some great water slides and have some fun down outside of the gambling tables.
This water park is going to be huge its a 103,000-square-foot park and will be called the Island Waterpark, it looks and sounds like a lot of fun for sure.
The workers and construction guys are even excited to not only be building it but can’t wait to get on the slides and other features that the water park has to offer.
It has glass sides and a huge silver roof so it will really stand out from other buildings surrounding the area down in Atlantic City NJ.
This baby will be packed with water slides, lazy rivers, food and beverage outlets, retail space, lounge areas, and a nice party room.
Bart Blatstein did not forget about us adults too he added alcoholic beverages and amenities, including foot massages and manicures for you to get you nice and happy. This brand-new water park should be opened to the public by Memorial Day.
Thank you for reading and rocking out with me and 95.9 The Rat and have a great time down in AC- Gotts
