A Manchester man has admitted to setting a series of fires throughout Ocean County over a six-month period back in 2021.

A Manchester man has admitted to setting a series of fires throughout Ocean County over a six-month period back in 2021. 33-year-old Gregory Fullman pleaded guilty on Friday to multiple counts of aggravated arson for the fires set in Little Egg Harbor, Manchester and Lakewood from May of 2021 through January of 2022. He’s looking at 12 years behind bars when sentenced in May, if the state gets the time they're seeking.
To western New Jersey where a chemical spill has released toxic chemicals into the Delaware River. More than eight-thousand gallons of latex finishing solution spilled into Otter Creek Saturday after a pipe burst at the Trinseo PLC plant in Bristol, Pennsylvania. Cities and towns along the Delaware including Trenton and Philadelphia are monitoring their water systems but so far drinking water has been declared safe to use. New Jersey American Water officials say they've found no contaminants in their system but they're urging customers to limit their non-essential water use. This, again, well west of the Jersey Shore.
A guy in Keyport is looking at charges of stealing 60 grand from his employer after being put in charge of the books. Eduardo Murillo is being hit with multiple offenses for stealing the funds from a local appliance repair company who he manages the finances for. Authorities in Monmouth County allege the man used the funds on personal expenses and sports betting.
