The Volcano Menu Is Returning To Taco Bell This Summer! YESSSSSS!
It was the summer of 1995. I remember it well. The summer I jumped into a volcano and lived to tell about it. A Taco Bell Volcano! Now it’s back!
Firstly, for just the third time ever, the Taco Bell Volcano menu will be returning nationwide on June 29th (June 27th for rewards members). The spicy additions to the menu that chili heads like myself crave.
This specialty menu is famous for its fiery flavors, and for years its fans have been clamoring for it’s return.
Meanwhile, from thousands of online petitions to social media DIY videos, The Bell has been inundated with requests for the Volcano menu’s return. Now it’s finally going to be a reality.
The items offered are limited.
Although, really only limited by ones imagination, because there is one special ingredient that is all one needs to make any Taco Bell item “Volcanized”..or is it “Volcanoed”. Nevertheless, that item is the LAVA SAUCE! Store created menu items will include the Volcano Taco, and the Volcano Burrito, plus perhaps some unannounced surprise menu items. Again, this is just the 3rd time in nearly 30 years the Volcano menu has been brought back, and the first time since 2016, when Volcano Sauce quickly sold out of stores nationwide.
The price points for the Volcano menu are quite reasonable by today’s standards.
Furthermore, According the website The Takeout Dot Com, a single Volcano Taco will run about $2.49, the Volcano Burrito $3.99, a combo of both with a drink will cost $7.49. Moreover, the price for hitting your favorite ‘Bell item with a little Lava Sauce is gonna cost you an extra buck an item.
It’s a secret sauce.
Meanwhile, one of the main reasons for the buzz amongst the spice lovers community over the Volcano menu’s return lies in the fact that Taco Bell has always kept the exact ingredients of it’s Lava Sauce a bit of a secret. However, can easily assume it’s similar to past versions. Or maybe it’s even hotter! Well as they say, let it flow, let it flowwwwwww.
