It's been over a month since we wrote about the all-new Lot 11 Eleven coming to the old Mellow Mushroom location at 1111 Route 37 in Toms River. Well, they are open and things have been busy.
Firstly, they have a brand new shiny website, and the menu, seen below looks simple yet varied. I am excited to try one of their specialties from the pizza bar with a gluten-free crust! Prices seem a bit inflated, as to be expected these days, but overall I would absolutely give them a go!
It looks like the entertainment is beginning to take shape at Lot 11 Eleven as well. According to their social media pages, there are a number of bands set to perform at the new venue in the coming weeks, including this Friday night for St Patrick's Day celebrations. The AKA band will be performing live beginning at 7 pm.
Other new additions include a Happy Hour Monday through Friday, 3 pm until 6 pm at the bar, Trivia on Mondays, Karaoke on Thursdays, and as we mentioned, live music on Fridays.
It's always tough for a new place to outshine its former location, especially in this economic climate. So hopefully Lot 11 Eleven can make a go of it, and become another staple in the greater Toms River dining landscape.
Lot 11 Eleven is easily accessible from the Garden State Parkway, Route 9, and Route 70. It is located at 1111 Route 37 in Toms River, in the Harvard Square Shopping Plaza. Their phone number is 732-244-4202, and they are open Sunday through Wednesday, 11 am until 9 pm. Thursday through Saturday, 11 am until 10 pm.
