The crimes occurred when in 2020; while Higgins served as the youth pastor and music leader at Harbor Baptist Church in Hainesport. The boys in question were not part of his church community but found on snapchat as he posed as a teenage girl. Posing as the girl enabled him to blackmail the teens into the inappropriate behavior. 27 years. Prison.
