Christmas Gift Gaff: Toy For Toddlers Tells Adult Jokes… About Drive By Shootings
Popular children’s toy yanked from shelves after recordings about “drive by shootings” play for toddlers.
Today’s No Sweat News wrapped up with a story about a Christmas mis-adventure for one family. And a little lesson, I guess, for parents that not only do you have to buy and wrap your kids’ presents, you have to try them out before they do.
A mom on TikTok posted an angry video after she realized a toy her toddler got was telling him inappropriate, off-color jokes.
Scroll down for the video.
It’s a fake remote control made by a company in Japan called Linsay. It’s yellow with pink-and-blue buttons, and the box says it’s for kids three and up. But when you push the buttons, it tells jokes. And some are NOT for children that young.
“My brother has a job with a thousand people under him, he mows lawns at the cemetery.” Ok, that’s not so bad.
“How many Catholic Priests does it take to screw in a light bulb? Two: One to do the screwing and the other to do the confession.”
Say what?!

The mom reached out to the company, and they said they’ve stopped selling it while they look into what happened.
