Heads up: the remnants of the Hurricane that just hit Florida are headed our way. (yes, another hurricane just hit Florida. Hurricane Nicole made landfall near Vero Beach as a category 1 storm.) We’ll see rain and wind from the remnants Friday afternoon through Saturday morning, but most of that will be centered inland: Think Mercer, Somerset, Hunterdon counties. By the way, Nicole is the first Atlantic hurricane to make landfall on the United States in roughly 40 years.
