Dateline, China. A man in southern China won a big time lottery jackpot. He scored the equivalent of 29 million bucks.
He’s married with a kid but he showed up alone to collect his winnings. He told the office that he’s keeping the 29 million dollar win a secret from his wife and kid.
He even went so far as to show up to the lottery office in a big yellow costume that shielded his body, his face, his whole identity.
Why is he keeping the massive lottery windfall from his wife and kid? So he can enjoy the money himself? No. He’s keeping the fact that they’re now stupid wealthy because he doesn’t want the family to not work and get lazy.
News flash, Chinaman. THAT’S THE POINT OF THE LOTTERY. If I hit the Powerball you think I’d work? Heck no!
And as for lazy? I’d hit new heights for laziness. I’d set records and then go out and break those records. Although, I’d have to be careful because setting records doesn’t sound like something the world’s laziest person would do.
