The legendary comedian John Candy was born on October 31st, 1950...and so we celebrate a couple of Candy's best Halloween-ish sketches from SCTV.

Candy sadly passed away in 1994...but his legacy as one of the great comedic actors of the '80's and '90's is secure.   Between SCTV, Stripes, Uncle Buck, Spaceballs, Trains Planes & Automobiles, Home Alone, and more...the man is an icon.
