The"Let There Be Drums!” documentary  will finally see the light of day. Rockyn Robyn's been talking about it on the air for several months, and we can now announce an official release date.

"Let There Be Drums!" features Ringo Starr, Stewart Copeland, Chad Smith, Mickey Hart, and the last known filmed interview with late Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins.

The film  was directed by Justin Kreutzmann, the son of Grateful Dead drummer Bill Kreutzmann, who is also featured prominently in the documentary. We can look forward to it's release on October 28th through Prime Video and Apple TV+, followed by a DVD release on November 1st.

The big question in the film is, “Are drummers born that way or do they become that way?” and “Does the urge to create rhythm and be an essential part of a band derive from something within, or is it something that can be taught?”
