Lacey Man Threatens To Shoot Amazon Driver

A man from Lacey Township is facing charges after he reportedly threatened to shoot an Amazon driver in the head last month. Authorities in Ocean County are saying 62 year old John Vincentini followed an Amazon delivery driver and blocked their vehicle from leaving on September 5th. He allegedly threatened to shoot the driver for being in a “racist neighborhood.” The man surrendered to police on Wednesday and was charged with bias intimidation and making terroristic threats.
Meanwhile, an indictment in a home invasion case in Seaside Park back in June. 39 year old Porfirio Serrano-Cruz was indicted by a grand jury on several counts, including attempted murder, burglary and other related offenses. The victim survived multiple stab wounds in the attack. Serrano0-Cruz continues to be held in Ocean County Jail. Officials have not released a reported motive for the attack.
Marijuana in the news, from Neptune. An ordinance would require cannabis retailers to be located a minimum of 1,000 feet from any school or day care. It could be adopted next Tuesday.
From northern New Jersey comes this story: A dentist group got busted doing unnecessary dental work – including what’s called baby root canals – on children. The dentist group headed up Barry Jacobson formerly known as H-Q-R-C Management Services has agreed to pay more than 750-thousand-dollars fine. They had a cluster of offices including in Paterson, and prosecutors say the dentists did work on children’s primary teeth. The settlement comes after a former employee worked with law enforcement.
