Artificial Intelligence Website Will Draw Any Picture You Want
Like, Anything… In Just A Few Minutes. It’s called Craiyon.
This is the coolest thing I have come across on the internet in a very long time: It’s an open-source artificial intelligence called CRAIYON.
It’s artificial intelligence that will draw anything you want in about two minutes.
It produces nine graphics based on what it “learns” online.
So it sounds like it spends a bunch of the creative session scanning the internet for images related to what you enter and then throws it through a simple art program.
Some of the images it creates look realistic . . . others look like silly Photoshopping . . . and others come out looking kind of DARK AND TWISTED.
It’s pretty fun.
You can do something simple like “Batman drinking a lemonade,” or something absurd like “An elderly woman slapping a fox in the dead of winter.”
I was very skeptical of this thing at first. I mean, how could artificial intelligence do something creative like draw art? Art talent and creativity is exclusive to the human condition, right? Artists are the most unique people on the planet – they’re so esoteric and special! Artists wear special flowy clothing and wear lots of special accessories like friendship bracelets, beaded bracelets and they make fun stuff out of nick-nacks and bottle caps using hot glue and pipe cleaners on something called “craft night”.
So I typed something into the task bar that I thought might be hard to do: “A whale swimming on the moon”.
Here’s what I got:
What about, “a demon riding a unicorn on a cloud of mustard”
Time to get funky. Let’s try “zombie Jerry Seinfeld eating ice cream with a tweezer”
OK, what about something R rated?
Of course, I tried something X rated and that’s kind of where the artificial intelligence let me down. You can experiment more with that one. Enjoy!
