Spitshine

Spitshine is an Indie Punk Rock act accustomed to rocking the many venues of the New York Metropolitan Area.  Through lineup changes and the challenges of a locked down music scene, the band has overcome adversity to emerge stronger.  Their songs are powered by emotional experiences and their performances are charged with an energy no audience will soon forget.

You can catch such a performance on Friday June 10.  Spitshine will rock the intimate Big & Tall Recording Studio in Woodridge alongside Jersey Rock vets Blue Vervain and Melissa Cherie.  Admission is available at the door.

Spitshine’s latest album “Take Ur Meds, Feel Better” was recorded at Big & Tall Recording.  It will be released on July 8th.  The first single off the album, “California” is available now.  The next single “Suburbia” will be released on June 10th, with “A Quien Canto Ahora” hitting streaming platforms on June 24th.

Tune to Jersey Rock on 95.9 The Rat Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 11:30 pm to hear cuts from “Take Ur Meds, Feel Better.”  Lead singer/guitar player Kyle Cooke will call in to the show each night!
