The legendary Estelle Harris (who made millions of people howl with laughter as Estelle Costanza on Seinfeld) has died at the age of 93.   Estelle was as funny an actress as one could be.   Her comedic voice and fantastic delivery made her a perfect partner for Frank Costanza (as played by the equally brilliant Jerry Stiller).

To honor Estelle and pay tribute to Mr. and Mrs. Costanza, we're doing a list...East Side Dave's Top 5 TV Married Couples!   Keep in mind...Sam Malone and Diane Chambers from Cheers are ineligible because they were never hitched!  See the list with great clips below!   Bam!

5.) Ralph & Alice Kramden (The Honeymooners)

We gotta pay homage to a couple who kicked it all off with amazing chemistry and legendary moments.  The Honeymooners remains a classic to this day.

4.) George & Louise Jefferson (The Jeffersons)

Absolutely classic sitcom with a classic sitcom couple...George and Louise Jefferson brought the hilarity week in and week out.

3.) Frank & Estelle Costanza (Seinfeld)

Frank Costanza.   Estelle Costanza.   Partners.   Spouses.   Rivals.   Enemies.   Friends.   Legends.   Simply hysterical.

2.) Archie & Edith Bunker (All In The Family)

Archie and Edith were tremendous.   They could be ridiculously funny...and then in the next moment...very real.   Just a pair of brilliant characters.

1.) Homer & Marge Simpson (The Simpsons)

Come on.   Is there any other couple that truly qualifies for number one?   I mean, at this point, Homer and Marge have been married on TV for 33 years!   Can you say Numero Uno for that stat alone?   Besides...they're all-time funny characters.
