According to the Daily Beast, a new hormone call FGF21 has been found to "suppress alcohol consumption" in monkeys. It apparently reduced booze intake by 50 percent which eventually could help humans.
Sadly, the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism reported that an estimated 95,000 people die from alcohol-related causes annually.
