East Side Dave’s Top 5 Guns N’ Roses Videos From ‘Use Your Illusion’
Hey, it’s Dave of the Morning Rat Race here! And you know what I realized? Guns N’ Roses‘ iconic Use Your Illusion I and II are celebrating their 30th Anniversary this year!
While, as a G’N’R fan, I consider it a double album…they were released as two, separate albums in September of 1991. And the band’s 26-month world tour actually kicked off in May of ’91 as well.

5.) You Could Be Mine
While this song was originally written for Terminator 2, the track and accompanying video were included on Use Your Illusion as well. Thank God! It rocks!

4.) Live And Let Die
Axl and company covered this Paul McCartney/James Bond song to maximum effect…and the video rules. G’N’R arguably at their zenith.
3.) Don’t Cry
One of the first epic videos that the band ever did…this really cool clip begins a trend of story-based, trippy videos from the band. Also featured in this vid is Shannon Hoon of Blind Melon.
2.) Estranged
There is just something about this video that makes it one of my absolute videos. It’s just so damned weird and so G’N’R all at the same time. Awesomeness.
1.) November Rain
The “Stairway To Heaven” for Guns N’ Roses…..this epic and iconic video is one of the best in music history.
