The biggest movie of 2021 (box office-wise) has been Godzilla Vs. Kong.   To date, the film has made over $400 million internationally.

I, myself, have seen the picture...and it's a lot of fun.   It's got classic Godzilla vibes and King Kong energy, mixed with a little Jurassic Park, and mashed up with War Of The Worlds.   Good stuff.

But, it also made me think of the classic King Kong Vs. Godzilla movie from 1963.   I remember WPIX 11 seemingly playing this flick every single Saturday afternoon in the 1980's.   And it was awesome.

Of course, after watching this new film, it made me want to go back and watch the original.   And it's still fun!   Check out two videos below of the old school version compared to the new one.   And long live monsters!
