This list admittedly is a little strange but go with it!   

It's a list of my favorite movies to watch during Christmas movies that are NOT your typical Christmas films!

In other words, A Christmas Story and Elf and other traditional Holiday pictures are ineligible!   Behold, it's East Side Dave's Top 5 Non-Christmas, Christmas Movies!   Happy Holidays!

5.) The Godfather

Hey, the greatest gangster flick ever is actually chockful of Christmas!

4.) Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone

This magical tale of wizardry has amazing scenes of Holiday cheer sprinkled throughout the series.

3.) Lethal Weapon

The classic buddy-cop movie takes place during the Holiday season...including this awesome, shootout scene on a Christmas tree lot!

2.) Gremlins

Little green monsters who are rapidly multiplying in an attempt to take over a small town on Christmas Eve?!   Santa would approve!

1.) Die Hard

The King of Non-Christmas, Christmas Movies.   Yippee-Ki-Yay, mother-f***er!
