Morning, Rat Rockers. I’m still reeling over here at the double-loss of Sean Connery and Alex Trebek. Both legends died in the last few days.
Obviously, we want to reflect on these icons and remember them in better times. But, we also couldn’t help but think of the famous “Celebrity Jeopardy” sketches on Saturday Night Live (where Will Ferrell played Trebek and Darrell Hammond performed as Connery).
In terms of recurring skits…”Celebrity Jeopardy” ranks as one of the all-time greatest sketches that SNL has ever produced. And reportedly Alex Trebek himself was a major fan of the segments. We’ve grabbed five, really funny ones for ya…and put them below. Enjoy. And RIP to Sean Connery and Alex Trebek.
