Norm Crosby was family, a friend, a professional, a hearing-impaired person, a WWII veteran but most of all, a good person. @BillFAustin helped Norm with his hearing loss for decades. He would always brighten our day with humor. God bless you Norm, and rest in peace our friend. pic.twitter.com/kTNP69QSZd— Tani Austin (@TaniAustin) November 8, 2020
