"East Side" Dave of the Morning Rat Race (6 to 10 AM)

Ahhh, the 1980's.   A fantastic decade of neon energy with a synthesizer soundtrack.   And it was also the decade of classic movie pricks.

So, we decided to make a list to honor these actors who, for many of us, are nameless.   And, yet, we remember these thespians fondly, even though, when we witness them onscreen, most of us have one thought: "What a prick!"

Behold!   It's East Side Dave's Top 5 Pricks From '80's Movies!   Let's rock!

5.) William Zabka

Whether he was Johnny in the Karate Kid movies, or the jerk in Just One Of The Guys, or the dope in Back To School...when you see William Zabka coming...cross the street!

4.) Robert Prescott

This dude was a flat-out a-hole in Real Genius, a pain in the ass in Bachelor Party, and a nitwit in Spaceballs.  I salute him.

3.) Thomas F. Wilson

Sure, he was a jerk in 1988's Action Jackson, but it was his legendary role of the bully Biff Tannen from Back To The Future that lands this icon on the list.

2.) Paul Gleason

Mr. Gleason was a bad guy on countless 1980's TV shows, but it is his prickly work in Die Hard, and, of course, The Breakfast Club, that puts him at Number Two on this list.

1.) William Atherton

This guy is like the Marlon Brando of 1980's jerks.  He was a prick in Ghostbusters, a prick in Real Genius, and a prick in Die Hard.  This man is an '80's dirtbag god.
