Shirts, hats, jackets now available for the concert festival that never was…

Some stuff that had been printed up for the Fyre Festival (see video below) is being auctioned off by the US Marshals Service in hopes of refunding some of the victims after festival organizer Bill McFarland’s 26 million dollars in fraud…

They’ve got hats, shirts, jackets and other stuff up for auction.

The Fyre Festival was advertised as a luxury getaway and concert festival that would have performances by Blink-182 and others…

As the crowd arrived at the festival grounds on an island in the Bahamas… they realized that the whole thing was a scam and there wasn’t much luxury at all.  McFarland got busted and sentenced to six years in prison.  Earlier this year, his lawyers tried to get him released from prison because of the COVID-19 pandemic, but the government wasn’t having it
