Def Leppard guitarist Phil Collen has released his first video for his 30 Day Fitness Challenge on YouTube.

The video features photos of his many workout routines he’s written down, so fans interested in getting into similar “tour shape” that Collen gets in will be able to screenshot those lists for themselves.

Truth be told, one of the best parts of Collen’s workout videos is when he shares his playlist of the day. He featured five different playlists during the video highlighting some of his favorite artists including Duran Duran, The Police, INXS and Lizzo, and a genre-focused playlist featuring some of the best ’70s funk and soul jams.

Fans can follow along with Collen’s progress, or even join him on his challenge, with the hashtag #PhilCollen30Days.
