Governor Murphy To Sign Executive Order Lifting New Jersey’s Stay At Home Order
Governor Murphy announced today (June 9) that he will sign an executive order lifting New Jersey’s stay-at-home order.
The stay-at-home order was originally issued on March 21 for the Garden State.
“With more and more of our businesses reopening, we are no longer requiring you to stay home, but we are asking you to continue to be responsible and safe,” Murphy said during his COVID-19 media briefing Tuesday afternoon.
New Jersey is currently nearing the stage 2 plan with hair salons, barber shops, among other nonessential businesses set to reopen next week.
