Check it out… looks like the Covid-19 virus did something that almost nothing else could do:  Delay the arrival of the taxman.

The International Revenue Service announced that the tax deadline would be extended 90 days… So, for 2020 only:  the deadline to file your taxes isn’t April 15th, it’s July 15th.

Of course, if you’re due a refund you may want to file earlier… But if you usually owe the Federal government they also announced that during the three-month deferral period, taxpayers won’t be subject to interest and penalties on money owed.
