Rocking The Jersey Rock Showcase at The Wonder Bar in Asbury Park on Thursday 3/5!
The Cryptkeeper Five has been in action for almost a quarter century. In that time they have performed across the nation, put out 9 studio albums, and experienced some lineup changes. Through it all lead singer Johnny Ott and guitar player Jimmy Ray have stood the test of time. They are true Jersey Rock veterans and show no signs of slowing down any time soon.
CK5’s sound is a blend of unadulterated Rock and Horror Punk. Their tunes are energetic and catchy, drawing influence from the likes of The Ramones, Bruce Springsteen, The Misfits, and Tom Petty. Their latest album “The Stronghold” is out now. You can stream it, grab a CD or score it on vinyl. Check it out HERE.
On 3/6 The Cryptkeeper Five will release a covers EP on Spotify titled “…And They Raged On: Volume 1.” Stay on top of the release and check out all of CK5’s music HERE.
