Jersey Rock Band of the Week: Gods
Rocking The Wonder Bar in Asbury Park on 3/12!
Gods is the side project of Parlor Mob bandmates Paul Ritchie and Sam Bey. After wrapping a national tour in support of The Parlor Mob’s latest album “Dark Hour,” the duo have once again found the time to focus on their alternate act.
Gods began as a recording project between Ritchie and Bey, who own New Future Studio in Belmar. In addition to being run by two world class musicians, New Future boasts a highly professional and comfortable recording environment. It’s also in a great location, just a few minutes away from the Asbury Park music scene. Learn more at newfuturestudio.com.
Gods’s debut EP “Endless Stunner” was produced at New Future Studio. It has a totally cool psychedlic Garage Rock sound. Check it out on all streaming platforms now and keep an eye out for a new release from Gods later this year.
Don’t miss Gods at The Wonder Bar in Asbury Park on Thursday 3/12! They will be joined on the bill by fellow NJ band Sunshine Spazz and NY acts Native Sun and The Muckers. Tickets are $10 in advance, $15 at the door and are available at ticketmaster.com!
Tune to Jersey Rock on 95.9 The Rat Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 11:30 pm to hear cuts from Gods’ “Endless Stunner” EP. Paul Ritchie will call in to the show each night!
