Rage Against the Machine Rumored to Headline Boston Calling
Rage Against the Machine have already been confirmed as a headlining act for Coachella, and they are rumored to be adding another high-profile headlining set to their reunion performance schedule in 2020.
Consequence of Sound reports their sources say Rage will be the third headlining act for the Boston Calling festival taking place May 22-24 at the Harvard University Athletic Complex. CoS also cites how Tom Morello being a Harvard University alumnus as one of the reasons the band want to perform at the festival. Foo Fighters and the Red Hot Chili Peppers have already been confirmed as two of the three headlining acts.
Rage performing at Boston Calling would be the band’s six reunion show set for 2020. In addition to the two sets for the two weekends Coachella runs, Rage has three other shows taking place in March in El Paso, Texas, Las Cruces, N.M. and Phoenix, Ariz. So far, tickets for those shows have yet to go on sale.
