New Album “Dark Hour” Arriving This Friday 8/16!
The Parlor Mob continues to do an awesome job of representing the Garden State on the national scene. Fresh off one tour, they are about to head out on another. For some of those dates, they will be joined by fellow Jersey Rockers Deal Casino. It will all culminate in a homecoming this Fall when the band rocks The Stone Pony in Asbury Park on 10/25. Tickets are available HERE.
Ahead of the tour, the band will release their latest album “Dark Hour” this Friday 8/16. The LP has something for everyone. It features songs like “House Of Cards” that will no doubt appeal to fans looking for the Classic Parlor Mob Rock sound, as well as tracks that mark a progression in the band’s style. One of those newer style tunes, “Someday,” was featured as last week’s Jersey Rock Video of the Week. It was premiered and praised by Rolling Stone earlier this summer. With material looking both backward and forward,“Dark Hour” should please diehard fans while giving newcomers a great jumping off point.
“Dark Hour” is available for pre-order on all platforms and you can find links to every one of those options HERE. The album’s Friday release will be celebrated early with 2 in-store, plugged-in performances this Wednesday and Thursday. One appearance will be in Philadelphia and the other will take place on Long Island. The exact locations are yet to be announced. Stay tuned to The Parlor Mob’s social media to find out exactly what record stores they will rock this week!
Tune to Jersey Rock on 95.9 The Rat Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 11:30 pm to hear cuts from “Dark Hour.” Drummer Sam Bey will call in to the show each night!
