For fans excited for Pearl Jam’s gig in London, they’ll unfortunately have to wait a bit longer to see the band live.
Pearl Jam posted the following statement to their social media pages today (June 19) saying they regretfully have to postpone their O2 Arena show, because Eddie Vedder “completely lost his voice.” The statement went on to mention that Vedder is currently on vocal rest and that, “It’s the first time ever having to postpone a show for this reason.”
Attention London: Tonight's show at The O2 has been postponed. Rescheduled date is TBD. Our biggest apologies and thank you for your understanding. #PJLIVE2018
Pearl Jam is currently in the middle of a European tour through July and will be back stateside and perform a select number of shows in August in Seattle, Missoula, Mont., Chicago and Boston. For a complete list of tour dates, head over to PearlJam.com.
