All too often a great band has to hang it up because life gets in the way. Sometimes professional obligations or family commitments are the obstruction and sometimes it is something completely unexpected. Regardless of the circumstances time has claimed many greats acts simply because there was not enough time in the day to create new music.
Ropetree will not bow to time or the lack thereof.
The Jersey Rock veteran Alternative Rockers spent the better part of the last two years piecing together moments to produce their latest effort. The end result is an album of catchy, hard, and sometimes dark Rock tunes that was not only well worth the wait but all of the work put into it. “The Saints of Asbury Park on Their Stone Pony” is a bold, powerful declaration. Ropetree’s roots are strong, anchored deep into the ground, as the band continues to grow, reaching higher and higher into the sky.
