(WATCH) Jersey Rock Video of the Week: Steve Bello “Time To Fly”
Playing Roxy And Duke’s Roadhouse in Dunellen on Saturday 7/21!
Originally from North Arlington, NJ guitar hero Steve Bello currently resides in Ramsey. A veteran musician, Steve has toured around the world with a six string on his back. He has opened for the likes of Joe Lynn Turner (Deep Purple), Uli Roth (The Scorpions), and Lita Ford and has performed alongside artists including Bumblefoot (Guns N’ Roses/Art Of Anarchy), Juma Sultan (Jimi Hendrix), and T.M. Stevens (James Brown/Miles Davis/Steve Vai). The list goes on and on.
Steve Bello defines his genre as “Instrumental Progmetalfunk.” It is a spot-on description. He draws influence from the likes of Jimi Hendrix, Prince, Steve Vai, Yngwie Malmsteen and many more to produce his energetic guitar-driven sound. He teamed with Chris Davison and Ronnie Mormino of The Inversion Circus to produce his 7th studio album. “Marblehead” was released on 5/15 and is jam-packed with instrumental gems. If you’re a fan of the kind of albums Joe Satriani puts out, “Marblehead,” is definitely the disc for you!
