RAT Rock News

This Friday (April 20) will see the release of A Perfect Circle‘s new album Eat The Elephant, and the band have released a new preview of the LP with the track “So Long, And Thanks For All The Fish”

The track is definitely a melodic and stylistic departure from the album’s previous previews, but it’s has a grandness that is both stunning and moving.  The song is also a beautiful tribute to notable figures that have passed away in recent years including Gene Wilder, David Bowie, Muhammad Ali and Carrie Fisher who are mentioned in the lyric, “Now Willy Wonka, Major Tom/ Ali and Leia have moved on.  Signal the final curtain call/ In all this atomic pageantry.”

Eat The Elephant will be released in multiple formats this Friday, including some exclusive merch bundles that are available for pre-order at APerfectCircle.com.
