Nirvana fans all over the world took time yesterday to honor what would have been Kurt Cobain’s 51st birthday. Among the tributes were very poignant posts from Courtney Love and daughter Frances Bean Cobain.
Love shared a very sweet photo of Cobain with the caption, “happy birthday baby god I miss you.”
Frances Bean, meanwhile, shared two photos: One photo of Cobain and her and one of just Cobain. Her post caption read, “I hope they don’t have the internet wherever you are. I feel like that would be counterproductive. Regardless, Happy Birthday to an angel.”
