E!’s The Soup hosted by Joel McHale was on the air from 2004-2015, and if you’re critical of the “famous for being famous” crowd that makes up most of pop culture today, you were likely a fan of McHale penchant for knocking those folks down a peg or two.

That considering, the news of McHale’s new weekly half-hour Netflix show The Joel McHale Show with Joel McHale should have many excited, especially since it’s going to feature “celebrity guests, comedy sketches and video clips.”

I mean…c’mon…it’s going to be green-screen based?  This is going to be great!

 

The Joel McHale Show with Joel McHale doesn’t premiere until February 18, so in the meantime, check out these five videos of Soup’s past and get excited about what (possibly) is to come.
