Marilyn Manson has rescheduled the tour dates he postponed earlier this month after suffering an injury on stage in New York.
The shock rocker tells Yahoo! that he broke his leg and ankle when a stage prop fell on him at the Hammersmith Ballroom; He reportedly required a plate and 10 screws, as well as another screw through his ankle bone. Manson is currently wearing a full cast on his leg.
He tells Yahoo! that, "I wasn't trying to climb (the prop); It started to fall and I tried to push back and I didn't get out of the way in time. I'm not sure what I hit my head on, but it did fall onto my leg and break the fibula in two places. The pain was excruciating ...It took six guys to pull it off of me. It was like wrestling a giant iron monster."
Manson is set to return to the stage on November 5 during the OzzFest Meets Knotfest weekend in Devore, Calif, and then begin a European tour on November 12 in Helsinki, Finland. He'll make up the postponed dates starting January 10, when he begins another North American tour in Phoenix.
