Liam Gallagher Teases New Music
We can expect to hear more new music from Liam Gallagher this week.
The former Oasis frontman releases his debut solo album, As You Were, on October 6 and has already released the tracks “Wall Of Glass” and “Chinatown;” He New music coming this week. As you were. LG x
Gallagher tells us it’s felt very different being out as a solo artist after his tenures with Oasis and the short-lived Beady Eye:
“I mean, obviously, when you’re in a band you’ve got your mates and you can bounce ideas off of, so this time out it’s kind of, I have to do a lot of concentrating, as you say, and not too much monkeying about. And I like to monk about, do you know what I mean?”
…Gallagher recently played some North American shows, and while he was in Montreal over the weekend he jumped on stage with the house band at Mckibbin’s Irish Pub in Montreal for an impromptu jam session.

…And finally, Gallagher says it’s unlikely you’ll find him on an upcoming episode of “Carpool Karaoke.” He tells GQ that there’s “no f***ing chance, mate,” calling host James Corden a “that fat bloke from ‘Kevin and Perry'” and saying, “I don’t need to watch it to know I won’t like it. James Corden is a knobhead.”
