Jersey Rock Band of the Week: Frankenstein 3000
Veteran Jersey Rockers Frankenstein 3000 will rock the Brighton Bar in Long Branch with Dick Manitoba on Friday 8/11. The band’s latest album will drop in December. Tune to Jersey Rock on 95.9 The Rat on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 11:30 pm for a preview of the disc. F3K frontman and host of “The Electric Ballroom” Keith Roth will join Tom Hanley in studio all week to talk about the upcoming LP and performance in Long Branch!

Frankenstein 3000 is a veteran Punk outfit based in Asbury Park. Their influences include The New York Dolls, The Ramones, Cheap Trick, Kiss and The Rolling Stones. F3K enjoy a strong local following and even greater acclaim overseas. The band will be releasing a new album a little later this year. Jersey Rock has obtained a copy of the yet-to-be-titled LP. F3K frontman Keith Roth hosts “The Electric Ballroom,” an awesome Punk Rock specialty show that has aired on WRAT for close to 20 years.
