Sabbath’s Final Shows Being Mixed By Iommi For Possible Release

Black Sabbath may be put to rest, but that doesn’t mean we won’t be getting any new releases from the band.

Guitarist Tony Iommi told NBC News in a recent interview that he’s in the process of mixing the audio from the band’s final shows in their hometown of Birmingham, England for a potential live album.  On top of that, Iommi also says that some sort of documentary is in the works, too.

Look…we know spring just arrived, but if planned correctly, these projects could easily be released in time for the holiday season, which will make for an amazing gift for the Sabbath fan in your life, even if that happens to be you and you want to treat yo’ self.

Fingers crossed that mixing goes well!
