What's better than one weekend in the desert with some of rock's biggest stars? How about two?
The Desert Trip festival has announced a second weekend with Paul McCartney, The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, The Who, Neil Young and Roger Waters, this one taking place October 14-16 at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, Calif. -- the site of the Coachella and Stagecoach festivals.
The second weekend was added "due to overwhelming demand," with tickets for both weekends on sale today (May 10). The Stones and Dylan will again be the Friday night (October 14) duo, with McCartney and Neil Young on October 15 and The Who and Waters wrapping things up on October 16.
Price range from $199 for single day tickets to $1,599 for the top full weekend package. More info can be found at DesertTrip.com.
