Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder and Nine Inch Nails founder Trent Reznor will be trying their hands at acting soon.
Both are part of the cast for Showtime's revival of David Lynch's early 90s cult TV series Twin Peaks, though specific roles have not been announced for either. Reznor's wife Mariqueen is also part of the 217-person cast, which will include original cast members Kyle MacLachlan, Sheryl Lee, Sherilynn Fenn, Wendy Robie and David Duchovny as well as newcomers Naomi Watts, Michael Cera, Amanda Seyfried, Laura Dern and Jennifer Jason Leigh.
Vedder previously appeared briefly as a musician in 1992's "Singles," while Reznor had small roles in "Light Of Day" and "Recycled."
