Jersey Rock Band of the Week: Tilted

Opening for Skid Row at The Starland Ballroom on Saturday 11/11!

Tilted is a Hard Rock band from Brick.  Their influences include AC/DC, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Kiss, Metallica, Ted Nugent, and Motorhead.  Tilted started out as a cover band and evolved into a group that produces original material.  Tilted’s “Never Too Late” EP is out now.  You can score a copy at tiltedonline.com.

Tune to Jersey Rock on 95.9 The Rat on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 11:30 pm to hear cuts from Titled’s debut EP.  Tilted lead guitarist and founder Steve Cavico will call in to the show each night to talk about the new disc and the band’s upcoming performance in Sayreville.

Tilted will rock The Starland Ballroom in Sayreville this Saturday 11/11 in support of Skid Row.  Dark Sky Choir and Brake Brothers Band are also on the bill.  Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 at the door.  More info at starlandballroom.com.

Saturday 11/11 is Veterans Day and in honor of that Tilted is leading an effort to raise money for The Wounded Warrior Project.  The band will donate $1 from each ticket sold to The Wounded Warrior Project.  Tickets can be purchased at tiltedonline.com/tickets.
