Nickelback has thrown something our way to tide us over until the group's new album comes out next year.
The Canadian rockers are streaming their cover of Don Henley's "Dirty Laundry" online. It hails from sessions for 2014's No Fixed Address album, and the group says in a message that, "Sometimes you play a song in the studio just for fun. And sometimes it's so fun you have to record and share it with everyone."
Nickelback had to bail out of its 2015 tour due to Chad Kroeger's throat issues; The group is currently embroiled in a $13 million lawsuit with Lloyds of London, which insured the tour and claims the group knew of Kroeger's problems before the tour started.
Nickelback returns to the road for a European tour starting September 2 in Helsinki, Finland. No North American dates are on the docket yet.
