Courtney Love’s alleged Coachella drunkenness, a fake Limp Bizkit show and more make up the April 20th installment of “In Other Rock News…”
Courtney Love was in rare form at Coachella…
…allegedly, according to Page Six.
Apparently, Love went to the fest’s Neon Carnival and was kicked out “for being too drunk in the VIP area,” “was literally falling over” and “wasn’t coherent at all.”
Frankly, we’ll believe it once we see the video, if it does exist.
Poison holding off on performing due to Rikki Rockett’s health
In a recent interview on “Eddie Trunk Live,” Bret Michaels alluded to that the future of Poison hinged on drummer Rikki Rockett and his current battle with cancer.
As transcribed by Blabbermouth, "Right now we've all got a prayer out for Rikki and his health; we hope that it's great. And that's number one — for our drummer and his health and his kids and everything… He's working really hard at [his treatment]. And you know the combination — it's grace of God and good medical attention and taking care of himself. But I think if all goes great, which it will, I'm hoping in the very near future — I don't wanna say a date — we go out there and do some amazing shows together. And I'm thankful for every minute I have had and will have. Meaning I'm not… I'm not one of those guys, I'm not a bitter guy. I'm happy for what I've got and the amazing time we had together, and hopefully we'll continue to do it in the future. But if not, it was a great journey and a great time."
Fake Limp Bizkit show now makes us leery of 420 pranks
Someone with clearly a lot of time on their hands thought it would be funny if they started a rumor about Limp Bizkit performing an April 20th show at a random gas station in Dayton, Ohio.
As with a lot of things on the Internet, the rumor got legs and led to the very funny tweet below from the Dayton Police Department.
Lesson learned today? Don’t trust any news about random gas station concerts taking place on 4/20!
BE AWARE: There is NO Limp Bizkit concert Wed. 4/20 at Sunoco station at Keowee St. & Wayne Ave. These ads FALSE. pic.twitter.com/wMo7bYxa9p

Speaking of the “high” holy day, we would be remiss in not wishing our herbal enthusiasts a happy, safe 420 today, and please don’t do anything too stupid.
