The mess that is Puddle of Mudd frontman Wes Scantlin is in more trouble again today.
Scantlin has been arrested --again -- in Minnesota for Driving While INtoxicated after leading police on a high-speed (in excess of 100 mph) chase in Renville County. Scantlin blew a .310 on the arresting officer's breathalyzer, four times over the legal limit. He's been charged with DWI, fleeing from a police officer and for refusing further testing on his condition.
This is the latest in a series of mishaps Scantlin has been involved in, including allegedly attacking his ex-wife, vandalizing a neighbor`s property, riding an airport baggage carousel into a restricted area, owing $60,000 in back taxes and missing a flight for a show in Michigan last month.
Puddle of Mudd is slated to start a tour on July 31 in Las Vegas, with dates booked into October, but its not known how the Minnesota arrest will affect the group's plans.
